Defective or Damaged Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be sent a replacement product to the same address as your original order, or a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to process.
To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed & unopened. You’ll also need the order confirmation number.
To start a return, contact us at support@physiopep.shop with your order confirmation number and your reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
